Ian is one of only three people in the world to have won the big three adventure races, the Eco-Challenge, Raid Gauloises and Southern Traverse. He is co-founder of world champion team adventure racing team Salomon/Eco-Internet and continues to pursue corporate and athletic careers successfully. Ian was a national collegiate canoe and kayak champion and has competed on the US and Australian canoe teams. He has competed internationally in Triathlon, Canoe and Kayak, Rogaining, Ocean Yacht Racing, Sailboarding and Adventure Racing. Ian is in the current Guinness Book of World Records for kayaking 217 miles in 24 hours and current world champion in Expedition Adventure Racing.
