As travel arrangements vary for the different groups attending EBVI, we have provided customized travel information for athletes, staff and volunteers. If you are attending EBVI in one of these groups, please review the specific information pertaining to your travel.
Required Travel Documents
To enter the BVI for visits less than six months, US and Canadian citizens must present a valid passport, or an expired passport or birth certificate with a raised seal plus current photo ID. Visitors from all other countries, including the UK, must have a valid passport. Immigration officials may ask visitors to present an ongoing ticket off the island and to provide the name of prearranged accommodations, as well as prove that they have adequate money to support themselves during their stay.
