- Reference our group authorization number, A55D1AO.
- Have ready your desired departure and return dates, and desired times of travel along with your credit card. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Diner's Club are all acceptable.
Remember these important facts when making your arrangements:
- American Airlines will honor the lowest published rate if the rate is lower than the zone fare listed below.
- Fares may not be combined with any other special promotion or offer
- Voluntary changes to the ticket are permitted with an applicable change fee.

- We recommend that all racers try to book the earliest possible flight into St. Thomas.
- Upon arrival into St. Thomas you will be greeted by EBVI Staff and escorted to a hospitality tent where you along with your equipment be ferried to customs then onto the hotel in Tortola.
