Thank you for registering for Expedition BVI. Only 50 team slots are available for year one. A waiting list will be maintained as we anticipate the 50 spots being filled rather quickly. Please note that waiting list teams will be selected based on their place in line as opposed to resume.
There are 2 ways you can register for Expedition BVI. To register, we require the full name and contact information of your team captain. We request the names and contact information of the other teammates but do not require this information at this time. The remaining information can be collected at a later date. How to register:
- Register online: Complete all required information in our online registration form and submit it by continuing to press the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page. Your application will be sent directly to our office. Expedition BVI staff will process your application once received. You will be notified via e-mail as to your registration status within 48 hours of your submission.
- Fax us the printable form: Print out and fill in the registration form and fax it to our office at (212) 402-5031. Your registration will be processed in order according to the time stamped on it by our fax machine. You will then receive an email within 48 hours confirming your status in that race.
IMPORTANT: Your registration will not be official until we receive a non-refundable deposit of $500 US Dollars. If a deposit is not received the team slot will be forfeited. Just submitting an application without the deposit will not guarantee your team an entry. You will receive an email or phone call to confirm the receipt of your entry within 48 hours of it arriving in our office. Once your team has been officially registered and a deposit has been received your team will receive an official payment schedule for the balance of the Expedition BVI entry fee.
