Charles Kliment began his career as an architect specializing in 3D computer modeling and animation for a large architecture and engineering firm. In 1995, he co-founded Princeton Internet Group and served as Creative Director of the Web development company. Four years later, Mr. Kliment started KAJA circle, Inc., a Manhattan-based virtual agency focused on the design and development of interactive media and digital filmmaking.
Since 2001, Charles has focues on making films and created a series of shorts including the documentary always a pleasure and the related Requiem for Piano. The seventeen-minute always a pleasure was screened at the IndieVision Filmfest 02 in Tribeca and the first annual Bethel Film Festival which ran in October, 2005.
In 2004 and 2005, Charles and Living Colour percussionist Will Calhoun worked on a series of projects related to his new album, Native Lands. Charles and Will produced a companion DVD with over ninety minutes of music videos and documentary materials delineating the last ten years of Will's travels and experiences.
